Goldmorr USA, continues to bring you cutting edge, technology driven products. As we move forward into the future, we are increasingly aware that we must take action now and reduce our energy consumption. Energy efficiency is a key factor in becoming sustainable and this is why we have focused on ways to reduce energy consumption and ultimately save energy costs.
Two of the largest energy consuming products are refrigeration and air conditioning. Real savings can be achieved by the efficient running of well-maintained equipment. Our unique coating, once applied, is able to prolong the life of your equipment, increase efficiency and ultimately reflect in savings on your energy costs.
We believe in working together to create a sustainable environment for the future.
AC CLEANING & COATING - APPLICATION
AC Cleaner is a completely organic product and is suitable for the cleaning of AC, HVAC, Refrigeration and Solar Panel equipment. It is a non-corrosive product and is safe to use on all surfaces including metals.

AC Coating is an anti-static, self-cleaning coating which is applied to the condenser and evaporator coils of commercial & residential HVAC units, air conditioning systems and refrigeration. This product
is used after cleaning with AC Cleaner and maintains cleanliness of equipment as part of a maintenance program.

SAFETY & BENEFITS
Biodegradable, non-corrosive, safe for food storage areas
Inhibit mold and bacteria
Dramatically reduce amount of energy consumed
Less equipment maintenance costs
Increase life span of equipment

AC COATING - ANTI-STATIC PROPERTIES
Anti-static properties repel dust that is usually attracted by the heat of the motor and condenser
causing static itself. AC Coating is anti-static which inhibits dust and other contaminants such as
mold and bacteria from adhering to the surfaces.

By ensuring the dust is not able to adhere and build up, means air can flow freely through the filters
without having to place undue strain on the motor to work harder to draw in the fresh air. Less strain
on our motor equates to longer lifespan for your equipment.
According the EPA, a build-up of
.042 inches of dirt on a heating or
coolingcoil can result in a decrease
in efficiency of 21%
AC COATING - HYDROPHILLIC PROPERTIES
Hydrophillic properties cause water to spread and not bead up. AC Coating being hydrophillic means that the water isn’t able to adhere to the surface ensuring that the moisture and dust simply run off. This prevents the opportunity for the water to become ice and reduces or eliminates the equipment going into the defrost cycle.

The defrost cycle is the main consumption of energy during normal operation. This cycle is simply the system recognizing that ice has formed or begun to form and automatically begins to rectify the problem. Any ice building up will reduce the air flow and the efficiency of the system. The defrost cycle will generally occur by forcing the compressor to shut down for short periods of time so that the air in the cooler can defrost the ice from the coil, using heat to conduct this process.

Reducing or alleviating the need for the system to continually go into the defrost cycle dramatically
reduces the amount of energy consumed. As the equipment is required to run the defrost cycle less
frequently, this increases the lifespan of the equipment and requires less maintenance costs.
